Inspired by six months as Arts Coordinator and Facilitator at The Buttery in 2014, and fuelled by a fervour of curiosity regarding the nature of materiality combined with a laborious sense of craft, over 300 life-size patisseries created from discarded materials eventually became A Consumer’s Guide to Unobtainable Happiness which received first class honours at the Queensland College of Art (Griffith University) in 2015.

You can now purchase your very own original ‘slice’ or ‘slices’ from this exhibition.
